Who can apply?
- Be a resident national or citizen of the following countries and regions:
- Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, the Pacific Islands, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Vietnam, and the United States.
- Candidates in the age bracket of 18–25 may come from any sector but are passionate about global citizenship and innovative approaches to social and development challenges.
- Candidates must consent to a full-time commitment to attend the fellowship.
- Candidates must possess high-level English proficiency.
- Candidates must be able to attend virtual sessions across multiple time zones with 2 hours each, during morning time in Asia and evening time in the United States.
