Application call for the Al-Azhar University Scholarship 2025, A fully funded scholarship by the Government of Arab Republic of Egypt for the nationals of Pakistan – An initiative to empower youth through higher education.
Government of Egypt is inviting applications from the talented students from all acorss Pakistan who wish to pursue Bachelors degree in Shari’ah sciences at Alazhar University. Applicants who are interested in the scholarship must submit their application along with the supporting documents before July 1st, 2025, Application submitted after due date won’t be accepted. Al-Azhar University is one of the oldest institute located in Cairo, Egypt, the institute is known for its prestigious Islamic learning and offers degree programs in wide range of fields covering business, economics, science, medicine, engineering, and agriculture. Eligiblity Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria to eligible for the scholarship:
- Accepting applications from nationals of Pakistan
- Applicants must have good academic achievements
- Interested to pursue degree program in Egypt
- Completed high school degree (12 Years) of education
- Meet the institute admission requirements
Required Documents
- Secondary school certificate, attested by Ministry of Foriegn Affairs
- Applicants academic transcript
- Six passport size photos with white background
- Birth Ceritificate, attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Passport copy
- Copy of Character certificate
- Medical fitness certificate attestbed by Ministry of Health
- No objection certificate attested by MOFA
- Complete admission form attached.

How to Apply?
Candiadtes who are intereted in this Egyptian scholarship needs to submit the application along with the above mentioned supporting docyments to the Embassy of Arab Republic of Egypt in Islamabad. All the documents must be properly scanned and should be in English or Arabic.
