The HISA Global Youth Festival is offering a total of 350 scholarship seats, further categorized into:
- Fully Funded Global Scholar: 100 Awards
- Partially Funded Scholar: 100 Awards
- Festival Pass Scholar: 150 Awards
Fully Funded Coverage:
Delegates selected in the Fully Funded Global Scholar category will receive the following support:
- 4 Nights accommodation in Paris
- Round-trip airfare support
- Meals

- Officially recognized global certification

Partially Funded Scholar:
- The partially funded scholars will receive all the perks and benefits of a fully funded except airfare support

- Delegates selected under this category need to travel to Paris on their own, and manage their accommodation, and you will have full access to the event.
Who can Apply?
- Global Youth Festival is accepting applications from all nationalities
- Young leaders from all academic or professional backgrounds can apply
- Demonstrate motivation, potential, and vision
- Must be between 18 and 40 years of age at the time of application
- The organization strongly encourages applications from citizens of underrepresented regions, including Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, Latin America, the Pacific Islands, and the Middle East.
- Fluency in the English language
- The summit is ideal for students, graduates, NGO workers, Civil Servants, artists, researchers, and entrepreneurs
- Must commit to full-time participation from October 15-18, 2026.
