About P4A Young Professional Fellowship
It’s a flagship initiative of the Government of Punjab that allows fresh graduates from diverse backgrounds to gain practical work experience by contributing to real-time projects, enabling them to gain professional experience in their desired domain in a professional setting. The fellowship is intended for graduates who have completed a university degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institute and demonstrate excellent academic achievements.
