About Asia’s Rising Circle (ARC)
It’s a prestigious, multi-regional leadership program hosted by the Singapore International Foundation (SIF) and designed for young leaders from across Asia to build skills, knowledge, and networks to tackle Asia’s most pressing social and economic challenges. The 2026 edition of Asia’s Rising Circle focuses on employability and future-ready leadership, helping participants understand how adaptability, innovation, and collaboration can improve economic opportunities and social mobility across Asia.

Programme Coverage
The participants will recieve following support:

Online Learning
- Consists of virtual workshops before travelling to Singapore
In-Person in Singapore
- This segment includes leadership workshops, panel discussions, dialogue sessions, networking events, cultural experiences, and cross-cultural exchange.
Who can Apply?
- Be a citizen or resident of Southeast Asia, China, or India.
- 25–35 years old at the time of application.
- Professional experience in the public, private, or non-profit sector.
- Demonstrate active involvement in creating positive community impact.
- Show leadership potential.
- Be available for both the online and in-person programme components.
