About IATSS Forum
It’s a fully funded international leadership development program organized by the International Association of Traffic and Safety Sciences. The forum brings together young professionals from different Asian countries to contribute to Asia’s future development. The 8-week leadership program features seminars, field studies, group research, cultural exchange, and leadership activities.
The forum runs under the motto “Thinking and Learning Together,” allowing participants to work together and learn from both professionals and each other.

Eligiblity Criteria
The IATSS forum 2027 is accepting applications from applicants who meet the following criteria:
- Be a national of an eligible Asian country
- Eligible countries are: Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, or Vietnam.
- Applicants must be 35 years or younger at the time of application.
- Must be a full-time employee working in a professional field.
- Freelancers and self-employed individuals can also apply.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of full-time professional work experience.
- Have good English communication skills.
- Commit to full-time participation during the forum dates.
- Students enrolled in degree programs are not eligible to apply.
- Must be physically and mentally fit to attend the program
