Exchange Program Coverage
The Government of China covers all the costs related to the program, which include:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants from ECSA-HC member states are eligible to apply
- Holding a PhD degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Individuals must be under 45 years of age time of application
- Committed to returning to their home country after completing the program
- Applicants must be in good physical and mental health
- Applicants formally employed in a science/technology or research institute
- Proficient in English or Chinese
- Not participated in the China MoST in the last 3 years
