The IAEA HR Services internship duration is 12 months and will take place in Vienna, IAEA Headquarters, Austria. Intern Role
The HR service section offers assistance in the areas of administration of benefits and entitlements, Contract administration and extensions, onboarding and offboarding of clients.
- Support in HR activities
- Analyse and report HR data
- Prepare documents, presentation, briefing notes
- Meeting with clients and providing guidance
- Preparation of promotional and outreach materials
Eligibility Criteria
Students in undergraduate or fresh graduates in areas of business administration, human resources, social sciences, international relations, information technology, and other related fields
- Experience in drafting reports in English
- Experience in human resource related work in a renowned organization
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint
- Age must be a minimum of 20 years at the time of application
- Completed 3 years of a full-time undergraduate degree program
- Good English communication skills, knowing any other official IAEA language would be a plus.
- Candidates have to attach two letters of recommendation in the application
