Are you an aspiring student looking to embark on a transformative journey while making a difference? Applications are invited for the ISFiT International Student Festival 2027. One of the world’s largest international student festivals brings together 350 aspiring students from around the world to explore pressing global challenges through intensive workshops, debates, art and music, and dialogue. The festival welcomes applications from all nationalities. Students from all academic backgrounds are invited to apply. It’s a 10-day festival taking place in Trondheim, Norway, from February 11-21, 2027. The festival offers an excellent opportunity for students to build meaningful connections, gain new perspectives, and engage in cross-cultural experiences. No application fee is required. The application window will open on June 7, 2027, and will remain open until August 2, 2026.

About ISFiT Student Festival

It is one of the world’s largest student festivals, inviting students every two years to transform Troldalen into a global meeting place. The festival brings together 350 young leaders from around the world to explore pressing challenges. This year, the festival centers on the theme “Changing Winds,” which reflects a world reshaped by political change, climate challenges, and the role young people play in navigating them. There is no participation fee to attend the festival. You can also apply for financial aid to cover your travel costs, enabling students from diverse backgrounds to take part. This is an immersive opportunity to engage in global discussion, cultural exchange, leadership activities, and networking with peers and young people from across the globe.

Who can Apply?

  • ISFiT student festival is open to all nationalities

  • You must be an active student during the semester of 2027
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Must commit to full participation during the festival dates
  • No language test such as IELTS/TOEFL required

Coverage

Participation in the festival is free of cost. However, applicants can also apply for financial aid to help cover their travel costs, ensuring the participation of students from diverse backgrounds.
