This year, the festival centers on the theme “Changing Winds,” which reflects a world reshaped by political change, climate challenges, and the role young people play in navigating them. There is no participation fee to attend the festival. You can also apply for financial aid to cover your travel costs, enabling students from diverse backgrounds to take part. Who can Apply?
