A fully funded 6-8 week intensive research program organized by the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in Russia invites applications from outstanding students from across the world to experience cutting-edge research while working on an advanced-level research program under the supervision of JINR experts. Eligibility Criteria
JINR is calling applications from students meeting the following criteria:
- The summer program is open to all nationals
- Students in undergraduate, Master’s, and Phd degree programs can apply
- Students must pursue their degrees in one of JINR’s scientific areas, such as Engineering, Science, Technology, or Mathematics.
- Undergraduate students must be in the final year of their degree program
- PhD students must be in the first year of their degree program
Coverage
The JINR offers the following support to the selected participants:
- Round-trip airfare coverage to/from Russia for foreign nationals
- A daily allowance of 2000 rubles to cover living expenses
- Visa costs covered
- Accommodation for the duration of the program
