Want to Join Pak Army as a commissioned officer? Well, the Pakistan Army has recently announced online registration for the Pakistan Army 154 PMA Long Course for session 2024. According to the advertisement, the registration process will start today, e.g. 25th March 2024. All Male candidates who want to serve Pakistan by joining the prestigious institute of Pakistan are invited to apply.
The registration process for the PMA long course can be done online or by visiting any nearby Army selection and recruitment centre. This is your first step to Join Pak Army as an officer. All Male candidates from any city or province of Pakistan are invited to submit the applications.
All applicants must check out the eligibility criteria before starting the applications, candidates who fulfil the required criteria will only be entertained. Successful candidates will undergo two years of training in PMA Kakul after completing the training they will pass out as commissioned officers. All interested applicants must submit their online application before April 28, 2024.
PAK Army PMA 154 Long Course Details

Eligibility Criteria:
Category Intermediate Students
- Passed intermediate with at least 60% marks
- Applicants from AJK/FATA/GB/Baclouchistan can apply with 55% marks
- Martial status: Unmarried
- Age requirement 17-22 years (3 months relaxation can be granted)
- The minimum height requirement is 5,4″
Category 2 Years Graduates & Serving Personals
- The qualification requirement two years of graduation
- Age requirement: 17-23 years
- Martial Status Married serving personnel with age more than 20 years)
- Minimum height 5,4″
Category 4 Years Graduation
- Qualification required BA, BS, BSC, BAA
- Age requirement 17-24 years.
- Martial status Unmarried.
- Height minimum 5,4″.
Who can not Apply?
- Applicants who are twice not recommended by ISSB.
- Declared medically unfit by any military hospital.
- Applicants who are dismissed or terminated from any govt institute.
Selection Process
To join the Pak Army you need to go through the following selection steps:
Step 1 Initial & Preliminary Selection
- Computer Based Online Tests include (Verbal, Non Verbal, and General Knowledge)
- Physical Test consists of (15 Push-ups, 15 sit-ups, 03 chin-ups, ditch crossing & running)
- Initial Interview at ASRC
- Initial Medical at ASRC
Step 2:
- Successful candidates will now go through the ISSB Test
Step 3:
- Medical Examination at Combined Military Hospitals
Step 4:
- Final merit list by GHQ
Step 5:
- Two years of training at PMA Kakul
