NATO’s Joint Force Command Brunssum is offering 10 internship positions across its various departments and is seeking applications from talented students interested in gaining practical experience in communications, law, engineering, logistics, civil-military cooperation, planning, protocol, and emerging technologies. The internships last 6 months and will run from 30 August 2027 to 25 February 2028, and are full-time, in-person, and based in Brunssum, the Netherlands. Selected interns will receive a wide range of benefits, including a monthly stipend of €1,477.30, travel costs, and 2 days of leave per month. Who can Apply?

  • Be a citizen of a NATO member country
  • Be 21 years or older at the time of application
  • Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD program
  • Bachelor’s students must have completed at least 2 years of their degree
  • Fluency in English or French
  • Demonstrate excellent academic achievements
  • Academic background must be relevant to the position
