This 12-week internship at Netflix starting in September or October is located in Los Angeles, California, USA, or Los Angeles, California, USA. The internship provides a personalized experience for interns, where they will work on improving various aspects of business, including recommender systems, causal inference, computer graphics, image and video processing, natural language processing, and creating a great machine learning infrastructure.

Eligibility Criteria:
Netflix is hosting a cohort of machine learning research interns, looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
- You either have a PhD or Master’s degree in machine learning, or you are a PhD graduate looking for postdoctoral research.
- Publications on relevant topics in top conferences or journals are optional.
- You are comfortable with distributed computing environments and software engineering practices.
- You are a curious person who wants to solve complex problems at Netflix.
- You can communicate yourself clearly.

You must have experience with at least one of the following ML areas:
- Personalization and recommendation systems
- Natural Language Processing
- Computer Vision (CV)
- Reinforcement Learning (RL)
- Multimodal Data
- Model optimization and efficiency
- Experience programming in at least one programming language.
- Experience developing ML models using common frameworks and training on GPUs.
