NTDC Paid Graduate Internship 2025 (Stipend 40,000 Pkr)

Applications are open for the NTDC Summer internship 2025. The National Grid Company (NGC), formerly known as the National Transmission Dispatch Company, has announced its flagship “Graduate Internship Program (GIP) 2025-26” through its official portal and is seeking applications from highly motivated and energetic Male/Female applicants from across Pakistan. The internship is intended for applicants holding a minimum bachelor’s degree/diploma in the fields of electrical, electronic, or related fields from HEC-recognized institutes.

A total of 125 positions are available; the selected interns will be assigned a position of “Development Fellow” for a one-year tenure. After the completion of the tenure, the contract will automatically expire and will not be further extended.  The objective of the internship is to provide fresh graduates with technical, behavioral, and interpersonal skills in a dynamic work environment. The internship offers interns hands-on experience while working on the company’s high-impact real-time projects under the supervision of the NGC experts in similar fields.  The NGC internship offers a market-competitive stipend; the interns will be paid a stipend of 40,000 – 30.000 Pkr for the duration of the internship. Candidates currently pursuing their degree programs and awaiting the results are not eligible to apply.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants fulfilling the following criteria are eligible for the NGC internship:

  • Accepting applications from the nationals of Pakistan
  • Calling applications from both Male/Female applicants
  • Candidates holding a minimum BE/BS Engineering (Electrical/Electronics), B Tech Honors (Electrical, Electronics),  3-year Associate diploma in Electrical/Electronics technology are invited to apply.
  • Have a minimum CGPA of 2.5/4.00
  • Age requirement: maximum 30 years
  • Applicants must have secured their degree from HEC or a technically recognized institute
