Exciting news for the Bangladeshi students the Government of Pakistan Announces 300 scholarships for Bangladeshi Students. A meeting was held at the Ministry of Education on Thursday (November 12, 2024) where the initiative was taken to offer fully funded scholarships to Bangladesh students in the top leading institutes of Pakistan. The scholarship aims to build strong ties between Pakistan and Bangladesh and also promote the Higher education of Pakistan.
The scholarship will be named as “Pakistan-Bangladesh Friendship Scholarship Programme” Under this program Bangladeshi Male/Female students will have an opportunity to pursue their higher education in a wide range of academic fields and majors covering Information technology, Allied Health, Fine Arts, Business Education, Languages, Communication Studies, Architecture Natural Sciences, Humanities, and much more.
The Application process will be through the online portal that will be launched exclusively for these scholarships. The Government of Pakistan is already offering scholarships to students belonging to Sri Lanka and Afghanistan now expanding to Bangladesh. During the meeting, the secretary of education Mohyuddin Ahmad appreciated the proposal and advised to take steps for the propagation of initiative in Bangladesh.
