SECP Graduate Trainee Program 2025 (Batch 4)

Application are open to apply for the SECP Graduate Trainee Program 2025, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has officially announced the 4th Batch of its graduate trainee program for the nationals of Pakistan. SECP is seeking applications from hardworking and dynamic candidates holding a Masters or Bachelors degrees in the areas of Business Administration, Insurance, Commerce, Law & Information technology, Mathematics, Public Administration and other related areas from HEC recoginized institutes.  An exciting opportunity for the graduates who wants to gain hands on practical experience in their desired area in a dynamic work environment. A total of 25 positions are available, selected applicants will serve as Graduate trainee for the duration of 12 weeks in there allocated department. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants meeting the following criteria are eligible for SECP GTP 2025:

• The program is open for all the nationals of Pakistan
• Applicants holding masters and bachelors degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Insurance / Economics / Public Administration / Finance / Accounting /  Statistics / Social Sciences/ Mathematics / Law & Information Technology from reputed institutes can apply
• Candidates who have secured professional certificates like CFAP (ICAP) / ACCA /CFA / FRM / CMA can also apply
• Have secured minimum 3.2 CGPA out of 4.00 or 70% marks in annual system
• Maximum age requirement is 30 years with two years of age relaxation

Program Benefits

• All the trainees will go through an extensive training program
• The trainees will be given exposure to multiple companies entities during the site visits to brokerage houses, stock exhanges, Insurance, and asset management companies
• Mentorship programs and meeting to accomplish goals
• Trainees will be offered a stipend of Rs 110,000/month
• Medical facility
• One time relocation support for applicants not belonging from islamabad/rawalpindi

Standardized time Test:

All the interested applicants, needs to go through the standardized time limited test that consists of:

2. Leadership Competencies
3. General Knowledge
4. Verbal reasoning
5. Subject related

How to Apply for SECP Batch 4 Trainee Program?

Applicants meeting the required criteria, needs to apply directly via NTS official portal. No application fee will be charged from any candidates while applying for this program.
