The New South Bound Policy Elite Short Term Exchange program is specifically offered to applicants who are pursuing their careers in the health sector and planning their future in Taiwan. The duration of the exchange program is 5 months and will commence in the fall of 2024 (September 2024 – January 2025).
All program expense is borne by the host organization, the program offers a stipend of NTD 8000/month, Air tickets, Housing, Course fees, and much more. Exchange Program Duration & Dates
The duration of the program is 5 months and will commence in fall 2024 from September 2024 till January 2025 at Tapei Medical University, Taiwan.

Eligiblity Criteria:
To be eligible for the New Southbound Policy Elite Short-term exchange program you need to fulfill the following criteria set by the Tapei Medical Institute:
Eligible Countries
- Applicants belonging to Pakistan, India, Brunei, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Philippines, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, or New Zealand are eligible to apply.
Experience
- Applicants have a strong academic background in the fields of Healthcare, Laboratory work, Data analysis, and Biological Sciences.
Degree Requirement
- Applicants who have completed a bachelor’s degree in related fields
English Test Requirement
- A minimum score of IELTS 5, TOEFL 45, TOEIC 600, PTE 36, and CELPIP 5 is required.
Financial Proof
- Proof of at least 1000 US dollars is required.
