UNICEF Junior Professional Officer Program 2024

Previously we shared about the UN Young Professional program for young professionals today we are here with another exciting program this time it’s in UNICEF. Yes, you heard it right. The UNICEF Junior Professional Officer (JPO) Programme is offered to young professionals who want to pursue careers in International Development at UNICEF. The program aims to bring fresh minds and ideas into the organization.

The duration of the program is 2-3 years after the completion of the program one in two Junior Professional officers continue their services at UNICEF as a regular staff member. The JPO Programme at UNICEF is sponsored by the Donor Government they prefer sponsoring their own citizens but in some cases, applicants belonging to developing countries are also considered.

Applicants holding a minimum bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant work experience are invited to submit the applications.
