The Pioneer internship is the World Bank Group’s premier internship program designed for talented students currently enrolled in Undergraduate or Graduate (master’s & PhD) programs to gain real-world work experience while engaging in impactful projects under the mentorship of World Bank experts. The internships are offered in a wide range of areas. Students from diverse academic and professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The duration of the pioneer internship is 3-6 months, during which the interns will actively contribute to World Bank projects across different functions.
