World Economic Forum Early Careers Program 2024

Want to kick start your early career with the World Economic Forum? Well, Opportunities Radar has some exciting news for you! Applications are invited to apply for the World Economic Forum Early Careers Program, Fall 2024 Cohort. The World Economic Forum is inviting applications from applicants holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the relevant fields.

The positions are based in Geneva, Mumbai, and Beijing. selected applicants would get a 6-month on-site contract at the World Economic Office. We highly encourage fresh graduates to apply for this opportunity and gain hands-on experience and valuable skills under the supervision of experienced professionals. The application is online and needs to be submitted before July 14th, 2024. Program Start Date:

  • The early career program will start between 1 October & 31 October 2024.

Program Location & Duration

  • The duration of the program is 6 months based in Beijing, Mumbai, and Geneva.

Who can Apply?

The following criteria are set by WEF to be eligible for the early career program:

  • Qualification required bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum 2 years of professional work experience
  • Applicants must be available during the program dates
  • Having great analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A team player who can work cooperatively in diverse teams
  • Strong communication skills

Your Role

  • Maintain and build relations with partners and stakeholders
  • Content development to support partnerships and strategic initiatives
  • Promote forum and engage a global audience through high-quality content
  • Analyzing and interpreting data for decision-making
  • Organizing internal events for effective collaboration and agendas.


  • A monthly salary of CHF 4500/INR 91600/CNY 12500.
  • Full-time on-site employment
  • Work Authorization for Geneva-based roles

The application is online for the Early Careers program, what you need to do is visit the official portal press the “Apply” link, and start with your application by submitting your resume/CV and responses to the application questions.


Application Deadline

The last date for the submission of an application for the Early Careers program is July 14th, 2024.
