Call for the applications for the State Bank Officer Training Scheme 2024! State Bank of Pakistan has recently announced the 27th Batch of SBOTS for the nationals of Pakistan through its official career portal. SBP is seeking Hardworking and energetic applicants to apply for the SBOTS program. After successfully completing the trainee program trainees will be assigned to Assistant Director (OG-2) position.
State Bank Officer Training Scheme is offered in multiple areas that we will mention later in this post other than that all the positions are Karachi-based. Both Male/Female applicants holding Bachelor, Master, or equivalent degrees from HEC-recognized institutes are invited to submit the applications for the 27th Batch of the SBOTS scheme.
The best thing about the scheme is that is offered in a wide range of areas so applicants belonging to a wide range of academic fields of backgrounds can apply for the program. Applicants who have obtained their degree from abroad need to submit an equivalence certificate from HEC to participate in the program.
A monthly stipend of 41,000 Pkr would be paid to trainees until the induction in the bank, after completing the trainee program applicants will be appointed as Assistant Director (OG-2) and will receive a monthly monetized salary of 82,000 Pkr with other perks and allowances included.

Who can Apply?

- Holding a bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree with at least 2.5 CGPA or 60% marks in,
- Media & Culture Studies, Philosophy, and Physics, Computer Sciences, Commerce, Finance, Statistics Mathematics, Information Systems and Technology, Business Administration, Data Sciences, Actuarial Sciences, Islamic Banking & Finance, Accounting, Law, Public Administration, Economics, Human Resource Management, Agriculture Management (other than BSC or MSC in agriculture) are eligible to apply.
