A fully funded scholarship offered by the Government of China for international students to pursue an Undergraduate, Master, or doctoral degree program at Chang’an University, China. The application timeline for the First Batch is from 1st November to 20th February 2025, We encourage applicants to apply for the round 1 applications as there are no limitations on majors whereas for batch 2 the available majors are limited other than that there are more seats for the first batch.
All International students (Except Chinese nationals) are eligible to apply for the scholarship, The scholarship covers registration fees, tuition fees, and accommodation, and provides a monthly stipend to cover living allowance for the duration of the degree program. Eligiblity Criteria:
- Nationality: Open for all nationals except China
- Education Background:
- For Bachelors: Holds a high school degree
- For Masters: Holds an Undergraduate degree
- For PhD: Holds a Masters degree

- Less than 25 years of age for bachelors
- Less than 35 years of age for masters
- Less than 40 years of age for a PhD
Language Requirements
Chinese Programs:
- Bachelors: HSK Band 4 with above 180 score
- Masters/PhD: HSK Band 5 with above 180 scores

- TOEFL IBT 80 or above
- Duolingo 100 or above
- IELTS 6.0 or above
Exemption: The language test is exempted for students who have previously studied in an English-taught program, you just need to provide proof from the institute.
