Applications are now open to apply for the online contest “World Bank Young Economists Immersion Program 2025”. The World Bank office of Pakistan has recently announced the program through its official portal. The Young Economists immersion program invites applications from Pakistani nationals who hold a master’s or above degree in an area related to economics or public policy. The duration of the program is 2 months during which the winners of the contest will have an opportunity to work alongside the World Bank Economic Policy team and gain first-hand experience of how the World Bank operates.
It’s an online contest where the winners will engage in the preparation, analysis, and launch of the World Bank Flagship report on the ‘Pakistan Development Update‘. All the participants will be paid on an hourly basis for the duration of the program by the World Bank other than that the domestic travel and lodging expenses will also be covered. Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the WB Young Economists Immersion program you need to fulfill the following requirements:
