Well then wait no more as applications are open for the Arice Scholarship in Romania for the academic session 2025-26. The Romanian Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade with the support of the Ministry of Education is offering prestigious “Arice Scholarships” for foreign Citizens to pursue Undergraduate, master, postgraduate/residency, and PhD studies in the leading higher education institutes of Romania. The scholarship is accepting applications from all Foreign nationals except citizens belonging (to EU & EFTA) member states – Preference will be given to the candidates belonging to non-EU and non-EFTA states that don’t have an agreement with the Romania government for Cultural and Education cooperation.
The ARICE scholarships are available in a wide range of academic fields and backgrounds, applicants belonging to diverse academic backgrounds can apply, the priority is given to the students who wish to pursue degree programs in Business Administration, Economics, Agricultural sciences, technical sciences, and oil and gas. All the courses will be taught in the Romanian language therefore selected applicants will attend a year of Romanian language preparatory course before starting the academic course. A total of 40 scholarships will be awarded for the session 2025-26, International students who are interested in pursuing their education in Romania are encouraged to apply – The last date for the Arice Scholarship application submission is 15th May 2025. Scholarship Coverage
Arice scholarship offers the following support:
The scholarship covers registration fees or any other fees for application processing
- Full tuition fee coverage for the Romania Language Preparatory year
- Tuition fees for academic studies for the duration of the degree program
- Monthly stipend for students taking a preparatory course
- Monthly stipend for Academic degree (Bachelors, Masters & PhD)
- Accommodation in institute dormitories
- Medical coverage
- Local transport coverage
Not Included
The scholarship does not cover international travel expenses, selected students must bear the Air travel ticket by their own.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants meeting the following requirements are eligible for the ARICE scholarship:
- Applicants must have a strong academic background
- Accepting applications from all foreign nationals
