A fully funded fellowship offered by the “Rotary Foundation: to outstanding international students from all around the world to pursue master’s and certificate programs at designated participating institutes. The foundation awards a total of 130 fully funded fellowships, of which 50 are for a Master’s degree and 80 are for the certificate program.
The duration of the Master’s Degree program is 15-24 months, whereas the certificate program is 1 year. The fellowship offers comprehensive financial support that covers all the financial costs, including round-trip air travel costs, Tuition Fees, Accommodation/Board, and Field study expenses. Available Fellowships
1. Master’s Degree Program
The Master’s degree program is offered to candidates who have an undergraduate degree in the related field and have work experience in peace and development. The duration of the master’s degree program is 5 to 24 months, with an additional two to three months of field study.

Masters Programs:

Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidate must have good English communication skills.
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Should possess leadership qualities.
- Commitment to peace and cross-cultural understanding.
- At least three years of work experience in the peace and development fields.
- Employees and members of the Rotary Club are not eligible to apply.
2. Professional Development Certificate Program
The certificate course is offered to applicants holding a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in peace and development. The duration of the certificate program is one year After successful completion of the program, fellows will be awarded a postgraduate diploma.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have good English communication skills.
- Hold an Undergraduate degree.
- Should possess leadership qualities.
- At least five years of work experience in the peace and development fields.
- The candidate must have a gap between their recent academic degree and the starting date of the fellowship of at least three years.
- They must explain how they will promote peace and how it is linked to Rotary’s mission.
- Candidates applying for Makerere University must be African nationals or have work experience in an African organization, community, or any project.
- Candidates applying for Bahcesehir University should be from North Africa or the Middle East. Moreover, they must have work experience in these regions’ organizations, communities, or projects
