Application call for the UNS Scholarship 2025-26! Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), popularly known as Sebelas Maret University, one of Indonesia’s top-ranked public institutions, is seeking foreign students from all over the globe to pursue bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degree programs in Indonesia. Students interested in pursuing degree programs at UNS can do so via scholarships and a self-funding scheme.
UNS offers two types of scholarships for the August 2025 intake: fully funded and partially funded. A fully funded scholarship covers a 100% fee waiver, a monthly stipend, health insurance, and a free Indonesian language course. The partial scholarship provides the same benefits, with the exception of the monthly stipend.

Who can Apply?
- International students (non-Indonesian citizens) from all over the world can apply with no age restriction, except for the bachelor’s degree program (24 years of age).
- Applicants must show a keen interest in seeking education at UNS.
- Applicants cannot have a criminal conviction on their record.
- Be willing and able to attend an interview over a video call.

Language Requirements:
English Language:

Indonesian Language:
Admitted applicants are required to complete an Indonesian language course organized by the UNS Language Centre.
This course is covered by the scholarship, meaning that the scholarship will fund the cost of the language course.
