Yale University World Fellows Program 2027 in United States (Fully Funded)

One of Yale’s most anticipated flagship four-month, full-time residential programs is now open. Applications are invited for the Yale University World Fellows Program 2027 in the United States. A fully funded residential program hosted by Yale University and administered by the International Leadership Center (Yale Jackson School of Global Affairs) invites highly motivated, talented professionals with demonstrated accomplishments at the regional, national, or international level. There are no country restrictions; non-US nationals from around the world are invited to apply. The four-month fellows program is scheduled to run from mid-August to mid-December 2027 at Yale University in New Haven, United States.

The World Fellows Program offers a generous compensation package to selected participants that includes: a competitive stipend, furnished accommodation, medical insurance, and round-trip travel support. Interested applicants need to submit their applications by December 2nd, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the 2027 World Fellows program, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Applications are open to all non-US nationals
  • Applicants with dual nationality, including US citizenship, can apply
  • An excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Professionals with 5-25 years of professional work experience
  • Demonstrate significant accomplishments at the national or international level
  • There are no age restrictions; however, the average age of fellows is 39 years
  • Attend the complete program in person at Yale University, New Haven
