The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), in collaboration with the Civil Aviation Authority Singapore (CAAS) and Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA), is providing fully funded fellowships to aviation officials from eligible developing ICAO member states (Asia-Pacific region) to attend short specialized training programs in Singapore. The Singapore Aviation Academy offers a comprehensive range of internationally recognized training programs in four areas: aviation management, aviation safety and security, air traffic services, and airport emergency services.

Who can apply for the Singapore ICAO Fellowship 2024?
- Aviation officials from government organizations and private organizations under government ownership who are from developing countries (as defined by the United Nations) are eligible to apply.
- Before they can apply, interested candidates must have their national civil aviation authority nominate or endorse them, with the Director General’s approval.
- Candidates must possess job qualifications or work portfolios relevant to the course they wish to apply for.
