1. Summer & Winter Schools
The scholarships are offered to international students to participate in the summer & winter school in the Republic of Estonia, The program is specifically designed for students enrolled in the BA, Master, and PhD degree programs in accredited higher education institutes and have completed one year of a degree at the time of the application.
Estonian institutes offer various short-term summer and winter programs in the areas related to Information technology, Media, International relations, Language studies, and other related fields. The duration of the course is typically 1-4 weeks – Interested applicants need to submit their application by April 16t,h 2025.

Coverage:
- Covers course fee amount of up to 700 Eur
- Accommodation costs amount up to 25 EUR/Night
*The scholarship coverage is offered for a maximum of 4 weeks duration

- Confirmation letter from course offering institute

2. Scholarship for Researchers & Academic Staff
The Estonian Government is inviting applications from the Researchers and Academic staff of higher education institutes – To be considered for the scholarship applicants must be holding an academic position (Professor, Teacher, Reader, Lecturer, Research Fellow, Associate Professor, Assistant). The application window is currently open the last date for the submission of the application is April 16th, 2025.

- Letter of Recommendation from the host institute

3. Scholarship for Degree & Exchange Study
The program is specifically designed for international students (belonging to specific countries) who wish to pursue their study program at Estonian Higher Education institutes for the session 2025-26 as an exchange or degree student. All fields and majors are covered for the master’s & PhD degree programs however the first level of higher education (eg BA) is only available in the areas of Estonian language and Culture.
