Applications are invited for the SEAP Fellowship Programme 2026. “Nationality for All” is pleased to announce the call for applications for its flagship Fellows Programme. It’s a full-time, remote fellowship program designed for ambitious early-career human rights professionals from the Asia-Pacific region. The fellowship is aimed at early-career professionals with a background in law, public policy, international relations, or related disciplines. No prior experience is required to be considered for the fellowship; however, applicants with experience in research projects, human rights initiatives, and non-profit organizations would be preferred.
The fellowship will run from June 15th to September 11th, 2026. The fellowship offers participants a wide range of benefits, including hands-on research experience in national law and stateless individuals, remote work flexibility that allows participation from anywhere, exposure to policy research practices, skills development, networking opportunities, and a competitive stipend. About SEAP
The Statelessness Encyclopedia Asia Pacific is a regional research initiative of the National for All, responsible for documenting nationality laws, legal identity systems, and human rights issues across the Asia Pacific region.
About SEAP Fellowship
SEAP is an intensive 3-month remote fellowship programme designed for early-career professionals. The fellow programme is a part of NFA’s ongoing project on the Statelessness Encyclopedia Asia Pacific.
The fellowship programme offers an opportunity to:
- Work alongside the international human rights organization
- Contribute to the NFA mission and work
- Develop research and professional management skills
- Gain valubale insights into nationality rights, Statelessness, and human rights
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open for students, graduates, and early career professionals with an interest in human rights, Law, International relations, and social sciences
- Excellent writing and research skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Demonstrate interest in nationality law, legal identity issues, and statelessness
- Demonstrate interest in research-based work
- Applicants with lived experience of statelessness are an assett
Experience in research projects, human rights initiatives would be an advantage; however its not mandatory

Fellows’ Responsibilities
The fellows will assist the NFA research team through the following tasks:
- Fact check & Additional resarch
- Content and reports update on the website
- Citation integration across the SEAP website
